About the Role
Clifton Hollow Animal Hospital is a privately owned small-animal hospital in Poulsbo, Washington. We are looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative who understands that the first voice a client hears can shape the entire visit.

Compensation:
Pay is $21–$25 per hour, depending on veterinary CSR experience, communication skill, reliability, and ability to support clinic flow.
Candidates with strong front-office veterinary experience, excellent phone skills, and proven follow-through will be considered toward the higher end of the range.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer phones and client messages with warmth and clarity.
- Schedule appointments thoughtfully and efficiently.
- Gather key information for sick or urgent patient concerns.
- Route questions to doctors and technicians with complete context.
- Help clients understand estimates, deposits, and financial policies.
- Track callbacks, refills, records, and follow-up tasks until complete.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records.
- Help anxious, grieving, frustrated, or cost-concerned clients feel respected.
- Support a team culture built on accountability, kindness, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
Veterinary CSR experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with veterinary medical terminology, practice-management software, scheduling, estimates, and client communication is highly valued.
